Refund policy

Return/Exchange

Due to the custom-made nature of our products we do not accept any returns or exchanges.  Your product is insured, if your order arrived damaged please see the Damaged Order Clauses for a refund by the shipping company.

Damaged Orders

We encourage our clients to open and inspect shipments upon arrival. Any damage from shipping, including concealed damage, must be reported to mycornerbench via email within 24 hours of receiving your product for a shipping claim to be processed.

If your shipment arrives damaged, you are required to sign, note that it is damaged, and notify mycornerbench within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. If we are not notified within 24 hours, we will not be liable for the damage claim.  All damage product claims must be processed using the following link https://www.fedex.com/apps/onlineclaims/?locale=en_US.

Product Substitution

In the event that your specific product is no longer available, mycornerbench reserves the right to substitute the part with a comparable product in quality, style and color.
