Online Orders
It is the consumer’s responsibility to understand what they are buying when placing an online order. Mycornerbench has provided an online measuring tool, directions resources and descriptions to help you during your order. Please read these instructions carefully. If you are unsure about what your order will look like or what it includes, please contact mycornerbench at contact@mycornerbench.com for help placing your order.
Production & Shipping Lead Times
Due to the custom order nature of our products, bench production takes 4 to 6 weeks from the time of order placement. Once finished, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on location. For more specific information regarding our current shipping and lead times on your specific order, please contact us directly.
Shipping Methods
All our shipments are sent with FREE shipping and will be shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight depending of the size of your order as well as your zip code.
We ship from Ormond Beach, Florida using FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight, depending on the size of your order and your zip code. Mycornerbench only sells in the U.S., and we are only able to ship to the lower 48 states at this time. Unfortunately, we do NOT currently make shipments to any location or military base in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, or Alaska, or to countries outside of the U.S.
Please, be sure to provide us a good phone number, so we can provide that to FedEx for scheduling your delivery appointment. FedEx will contact you to coordinate the best delivery time for you.
All our products are inspected before they leave our workshop to ensure quality. If your order suffers any damage during transit, please receive and unpack it. Please see our video on the website as to how to unpack your shipment. As you unpack it, document any damage to the shipping container and product inside with pictures/videos so we can open a claim for you with Fedex. Your shipment will have insurance with Fedex, and they are responsible for any damage during shipping.
Your shipment includes all of the necessary hardware for assembly. Please follow the directions on this website for assembly and installation.
Shipping Address
Please provide a physical address to ship your order to be delivered to. If you need to change this address once the order has been placed, please contact us prior to your order shipping and we will gladly update your shipping address. If you contact us once your order has left our facility to request a different shipping address, we will do what we can to ensure this change is made but cannot guarantee delivery to that address. There is a Re-Route Fee for this and it will increase the shipping time so please try and make sure that we have the correct shipping address prior to your order leaving our facility.
Holding Orders
Exceptionally, orders can be placed on hold at no charge for 10 consecutive days after the planned shipping date. Due to storage space there will be a $10-dollar storage fee per day if order is stored over the 10th day free storage time. If you are not going to be available to receive your order you can call us prior to it leaving and provide us with an alternative address to ship it to. You may call once it has left our facility and re-route it to an alternative address, please be aware that there is a charge to re-route your shipment.
Cancelled Orders
Please note that all sales orders placed will have until the close of the following business day to be cancelled with no cancellation fee. This must be done by email by the person that placed the order (no other form of communication will be accepted). Orders cancelled after the following business day but within 48 hours are subject to 30% cancellation fee. All orders cancelled after the 48 hours delay will be nonrefundable.
