Payments and Disputes
By placing an order, customers authorize MyCornerBench to begin production immediately and acknowledge that materials and labor will be allocated specifically for their order. The production timeline of 6 to 10 weeks is disclosed at the time of purchase and accepted upon order placement. Once shipped, tracking and QR delivery proof serve as evidence of completion.
If any issue arises with your order at any time, please contact us first at contact@mycornerbench.com — we respond within 2 business days and will always work directly with you to make it right. Direct communication resolves virtually every situation faster than any third-party process.
Use of Site and Agreement
By using this website or placing an order, you accept all terms and conditions stated herein. This forms a legally binding agreement between you and MyCornerBench. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive jurisdiction in Volusia County, Florida. The customer waives the right to a jury trial and agrees that any claims must be filed in Volusia County courts.

If any part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms represent the entire agreement between the customer and MyCornerBench and supersede all prior discussions or communications. MyCornerBench reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this Agreement at any time.
